The team does not respond well to emails for system issues. I needed set up in order to work from home but was not able to for 1.5 days. Alyx did not seem knowledgeable of the task at hand, and we spent over an hour trying to figure things out. Ben seemed knowledgeable but when all the things he tried did not work I was told to just wait an hour and try again. When that did not work, I tried to reach him again, but he was unavailable, and Alyx tried to help again, when that attempt failed, she escalated to Cerise the next day. Thank Goodness she was able to find the issues and get me connected, I'm thankful for her. She did not get off the phone until she confirmed that all programs were working and the issue was resolved. Next time I hope that things won't take so many people to get the issue resolved.

David was great! I felt like he truly cared about our issues.
