Once I was able to get through, the service was great. I called using the Nextiva app and was on hold for 20 minutes. During that time, one of your employees called my cell phone but I didn't know it was Integris because the caller ID said "All Lab Tsts Fs." I got an email directly after the call went to voicemail saying you called. I then used my cell phone to call Integris, while still being on hold as the "first caller in the que" for the original call I made through the Nextiva app. My cell phone call got picked up by an agent right away and the Nextiva call was on hold throughout our whole conversation and after as the "first caller in the que." I'm not sure I would have ever got through to an Integris employee if I didn't call again using my cell phone. I would have been on hold for over 30mins with my original call using the app. I would suggest checking that the hold service catches phone calls that come through applications like Nextiva or NextivaOne.
