Trinity was nice but was going to have someone call who had more experience. then I tried to call back and I got Joe who was also nice but when we were disconnected he did not call back. I called again and got Adrian who I have worked with before. I had to leave and my assistant finished up with him. she said he got it done quickly. It could just be that he had more experience but he is always on the ball. Nothing wrong with the other two, don't misunderstand me. they were fine. They just didn't seem to have the experience to get it handled. I love your company and always am treated politely. that is a big deal to me as I come from a customer service background prior to becoming a realtor.
