I appreciate the two calls I received (I was in a meeting and asked them to call back). I had 3 issues, the tech was very patient as some of the equipment was new to me, and helped me find on/off buttons on my monitors and docking station, something I was worried I could not have a tech help with if they were not in-house. All three issues resolved. Thank you!
