Grant's recommendation was to get a new power strip?! The phone isn't plugged into a power strip, so this caught me a little off guard but I ordered a new one anyways, and it didn't resolve the issue. Chris was awesome, even though the complaint I was making didn't make sense, he stuck with it and kept trying things until he finally saw the issue happen while he was here and was able to trace it down.
