Joel did a great job of communicating with MWM, our phone support vendor, and Spectrum to identify the source of the issue. Joel also followed up with MWM regarding any additional support we might need for replacing the part causing the issue. Overall it was a great experience.

I have always been extremely happy with all services done by TXSG! James was friendly and supportive in walking me through the steps over the phone to help pin down what type of issue I was having. Once the issue was figured out, it was resolved with in the day. All of TXSG staff is so pleasant to work with! Keep you the good work guys and gals!

I am always confident that when I contact TXSG for support I am going to get good service. But I must confess, I am always a little bit happier when James gets the ticket. He is so knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. He not only fixes the problem, but goes the extra mile to find the source of the issue and resolve so I don't experience it again.

I submitted a ticket for the dreaded "intermittent service problem". Sam was so good to explore all avenues of the problem, and did not close the ticket until I was comfortable the problem had been addressed.
