Henrique went above and beyond to resolve my issue with not being able to remote into my desktop. When it would have been easier to pass me on, he stayed on the phone with me until he got everything fixed and I was able to remote in. Thank you so much!!!

I appreciate all of Cesar's work on this. The ticket rating is because of how long it took to get the reports, which caused us to fail our Incident Response test, combined with the lack of full usefulness of the data (due to the Everspace issues we have discussed before). If it takes months to get the data, it will rarely ever do any good to have the data. Most of the time you would want this data, you are going to need it quickly. I know I could have made it a P1 but from all the notes in the ticket it appears that still would not have made it fast enough. With our previous data, we could have pulled this data ourselves and had it immediately (any time day or night). With Integris it took nearly two months to get it. It also appears that this is something Integris has never tested. Additionally, I'm not positive on this but I believe we were told long ago this data was kept for a year, but from the ticket notes it appears it is only 90 days.

Tech was extremely helpful and patient while assisting me with setting up Authenticator on my new phone.
