I'm not always easy to get ahold of, but both reps worked with my schedule to help get my issue resolved, which was so appreciated. The first rep, Brittanie, was very helpful in getting my issue escalated to Lenovo, identifying that my dock was under warranty, and getting a new docking station sent to me when updates on the old station did not work. Further, she continuously checked in on me and immediately escalated my case when the new docking station failed to solve the issue. The second rep, Josh, was so helpful in understanding and researching my issue, working around my days off to conduct further research, and following up with me to attempt to resolve. He solved the problem, while also keeping my ticket open and checking in to ensure that the fix would stick. Both reps were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciate their help so much!!

The log had there were serval attempts to contact me, part of that time I was attending the conference that I was needing the handouts for in the case, I only had 1 phone call with Manuel about the issue. Very disappointed that I could not get my handouts. In contacting EPCOR - no one else reported the issue of not being able to obtain reports or that it was a phishing site.
