Alex emailed me the solution the same day, but then asked me to let him know i had any questions. Great job! I prefer this as a first response over getting (and missing) a phone call, playing phone tag, then spending several minutes on the phone while the technician fixes the problem.

Alex again did a great job on this relatively simple ticket. He seemed to have researched the problem before he contacted me. He initiated his contact through email to ask for a good time to call and get on my machine. And he gave me a chance to test the solution before he got off.

We are dealing with some challenging issues as we change our operations from office-based to remote. The staff of TXSG has been fantastic! I wouldn't want to try to do this if they weren't part of our team!
