Jessica Mancera is a very nice person and works very well. She supported me a lot and explained everything.

You are all great. Everyone I've spoke with has been very pleasant & helpful. Especially Robert Peters, he probably doesn't get the credit he deserves, but that man has a all around job. He has many responsibilitys and delivers nothing but the best. He gets the job done and shows nothing but courtesy. I had problems with my paperwork and Robert never once got frustrated with me. He showed nothing but respect. It's always a pleasure to speak with him. The only problem I had was with the paperwork. There were problems more than once or twice. There is way too much paperwork. The procedure made me irritated and someone asked me, "Are you trying to get on at Fort Knox? Needless to say I had to do my job history like 9 times. I was ready to just say forget it. And through all my paperwork, I'm doing odd jobs to keep my phone bill paid. And almost homless, praying daily that I would have a warm place to sleep tonight and praying that I get the job. But I'm glad I didn't quit or give up. And the only other issue I had was it took extremely long to get my background back. I waited a month for everything and waiting to know if you got the job or not after going through what I've been through was like waiting to know if your pregnant or not. At least it was for me. And again on days when I was crying and down, every time I called, there was Robert with good news and his pleasant voice. But everyone I spoke with was so kind, I wanted to reach out and say thank you for your respect and your kind personalities. I wish every company had as professional delightful employees. John Kaplen greeted me and welcomed me into the company. That was awesome. And John sounds like he has the best personality even though I've only spoke to him 3 times. He really made you feel welcomed from thousands of miles away. That says alot. Can't wait to start Monday. I'm sure it will be a great step forward in my new profession. I'm very optimistic and excited. I'm sure I made no wrong decisions.
