I tried calling on Friday afternoon to get the lockout released after 4 and was in a queue that seemed to go no where. I was caller number 5 in the queue and only made it to 4 after waiting over 5 minutes. Ultimately, no one looked as this ticket until Monday, which by then the lockout had already released itself. Normally not a big thing but since there was a termination, I had to use my personal computer to get into one of Boon's systems to disable access as my work computer was locked out and I could not get help.
