This ticket took a while to resolve but most of that was because I was out of office for a week and because I had protected folders hidden in Windows File Explorer.

Tuyen did an AMAZING job working on a thorny issue. She was so patient troubleshooting and trying different solutions everytime one didn't work out. She even followed up the next day with a backup solution in case I was still having trouble!
