I received a call on Sunday advising me Domain received notification our server was offline. Hasnain asked me a number of questions and then said he would communicate with ConEd to ask them about power outages. He called back saying it was a ConEd issue and they would monitor the situation. I then received an e-mail noting the situation was resolved. Excellent follow-up skills.
