At Diamond IT, we understand your business is unique, and the tech solutions you need to run your business are equally unique. Originally established in 1997 as a hardware reseller, Diamond IT grew by capturing large computer hardware and software contracts throughout California. As the industry changed, Diamond IT rebooted itself in 2005. The new Diamond IT emerged as an IT consulting, support, and training organization, specializing in all facets of business technology with an emphasis on solutions, not products.

As part of our 10th anniversary, we rebranded and refocused ourselves once again, demonstrating our ability to keep in tune with the ever-growing need and use of technology in our community. Brandon took the call today-Dale had a class & we couldn’t log on - said there wasn’t an Internet connection but I was on the cloud which made no sense. I tried switching ports on the switch box which didn’t work then I pulled the Ethernet cable & plugged it in & everything connected. Crazy! Notified Brandon-he was kind, polite & advised to call again if needed.

Adrian helped me with my Adobe issue - we’re still not sure why it’s happening but our client was able to receive both signature emails which was the desired outcome. Very pleasant to talk to on the phone. 😊
