At Diamond IT, we understand your business is unique, and the tech solutions you need to run your business are equally unique. Originally established in 1997 as a hardware reseller, Diamond IT grew by capturing large computer hardware and software contracts throughout California. As the industry changed, Diamond IT rebooted itself in 2005. The new Diamond IT emerged as an IT consulting, support, and training organization, specializing in all facets of business technology with an emphasis on solutions, not products.

As part of our 10th anniversary, we rebranded and refocused ourselves once again, demonstrating our ability to keep in tune with the ever-growing need and use of technology in our community. Thank you for escalating the ticket request to get our provider access corrected and synced across the Microsoft products. I appreciate that we were able to get Adrian on a call to talk through the issues and for him to connect remotely to see what our concerns were. This was especially helpful since our IT Helpdesk coordinator was out for the day and allowed us to continue onboarding the new provider.
