He helped me a lot. Cleaning not just Windows.old, but also a large Hyper-V VM, an old WSL VM, hibernate page file. I got 70GB free up from his effort.

The end user could not access a folder inside of the share. We had to reopen the ticket and escalate for them to check with the end user to see what the issue was. This customer is a VIP. We had mentioned these type of issues to Amy when we had our onsite meeting with Integris. We need better follow up with the customers to make sure their issues are resolved instead of closing the ticket so quickly.

I had to put in two separate requests for the same issue for the ticket to be finished. Once the second ticket was looked at and completed I have had no issues. Thank you
