As always, Adam was very professional and courteous. He took care to make sure I was able to continue to work while he applied all the necessary updates to the spare PC. He also ensured all my shortcuts, and any applications I currently use were moved over to the spare PC. He also ensured my printer was setup and functioning. Adam is very personable and I enjoy hearing about his little family while we all continue to work. He is not rude or "stuck-up" on himself and his abilities. He always makes me feel important and he listens to the issues and walks me through them without making me feel stupid. Adam is a great asset.
