First I have never had IT call me back so fast to address my ticket you ROCK Fuse3. Remi was so patient and helpful, I have been out for almost 4 months, because I had a stroke and heart surgery, I was terrified to come back to work today, because I didn't want to stress out, in the past it has been very difficult to get the amazing help I got from Remi today, if there were 100 stars, I would give him 100 stars.

Richard was very helpful in resolving the issues. He is polite and professional and knowledgeable. We still aren't sure what the problem was, but whatever he did seemed to fix it up, so I'm happy. Highly recommend the persistent staff at Fuse 3.
