On this day, my only availability for the day to work for a few hours in the morning remotely. Approx. 45 min in I got an error and was unable to remotely connect to the office computer and called in for help. I did not receive a phone call until 2 hours later when I was no longer at my desk. I ended up running through troubleshooting on my own and was able to get the system back connected again before I received any help. Also, Nicco was polite and kind as always when he did call me later on and I let him know I was able to get it working again.

The service provider was great!! The issue was not resolved. I have to go into proofpoint daily to ensure my e-mails are not held in quarantine
