Joel was such a help for the past month trying to troubleshoot and issue that we couldn't quite figure out how it was happening. He was always super patient and kind on the phone. After trial and error and reaching out to the merchant, he was finally able to resolve my ongoing issue. I am super appreciative for all his help, and those of others from TxSG. They are always so kind and helpful, and I am so glad we have them to rely on when we find ourselves in a bind. Great Job!!

Corey is a lifesaver! I found myself in a meeting, needing a VPN, and unable to connect. I couldn't talk on the phone. I sent an urgent message that landed on Corey's desk. He had me up and going in no time at all!
