I put this ticket in frantically after spilling my martini (just kidding it was a Celcius) on my laptop keyboard. My touch pad wasn't able to controI the cursor. I received prompt assistance form Elliot who disabled the touch pad and bypassed the problem. In my panic, I had also emailed Brian Knapp who also promptly responded with additional options including providing a loaner laptop if necessary. I am happy to say my laptop rallied and is fully functional now. I did not need the loaner and the touch pad is working again!!! I really appreciated Elliot's emergency response and Brian's continued follow ups. You guys are great.
