At Diamond IT, we understand your business is unique, and the tech solutions you need to run your business are equally unique. Originally established in 1997 as a hardware reseller, Diamond IT grew by capturing large computer hardware and software contracts throughout California. As the industry changed, Diamond IT rebooted itself in 2005. The new Diamond IT emerged as an IT consulting, support, and training organization, specializing in all facets of business technology with an emphasis on solutions, not products.

As part of our 10th anniversary, we rebranded and refocused ourselves once again, demonstrating our ability to keep in tune with the ever-growing need and use of technology in our community. Adrian assisted us today. Dale wasn’t able to get into our Adobe, which has never happened since we took out the subscription a year ago. Adobe tried to make him sign up for a new account which I knew was completely incorrect so we called in. I provided the original ticket numbers when Nick signed us up. Turns out the subscription is under my email so we have to use my password. I’ve made notes so if it ever asks him again, we’ll know what to do. Adrian was very kind and promptly resolved the matter.
