Alex helped me work through connectivity issues very quickly while still asking questions about how I use the software and if there was a reason for troubleshooting the old software instead of installing the new (there wasn’t). That showed a lot of respect for the customer’s prior knowledge and some imagination as well which I appreciate. He was knowledgeable and solved my problem right away.
