He did alright. I figured out the problem before he could help though. I had already been up to my elbows in troubleshooting and narrowed the problem down to my adapter about an hour after I sent the initial request (I think that would have been after hours on your end). So for the amount of interaction time allotted he did a great job contacting me in a timely manner. He left a voicemail while I was unavailable at a personal appointment and logged his attempt in an email. Thanks Tyler!
