CBT was founded in 2003 by Christopher Carmichael and his wife & partner Sarah Carmichael. Initially CBT provided consulting services for the resort town of Mammoth Lakes, CA. and the surrounding area. Over the first 5 years of business CBT grew to provide onsite support throughout California and remote support in the United States, Canada and Mexico. CBT serves all vertical markets in need of professional and courteous information technology specialists. CBT serves all manner of businesses and government entities as well as home users. Our clients range from students and home users up to police stations, municipalities and school districts. Alan sorted out my issue online as an over stuffed hard drive. Not wanting to move years worth of documents to a remote drive, he pointed out that a higher capacity hard drive could be installed. I took my desk top in to CBT and Alan replaced the hard drive and moved all of my data and programs to the new drive. He even carried my machine up and down the stairs! I am very satisfied with Alan and the CBT team maintaining my system and providing upgrades when needed.
