Ted was great. He wasn't calling to help me, but he did. Very courteous. Went out of his way to resolve my issue. And had me laughing about it too.

Adrian did a great job on this task. it was very tedious and time-consuming to go through all the alternate processes and diagnostics. Eventually he discovered drivers that required updating. The system works ok so far. The problem does not seem to be connected to the struggle of setting up the software profile that Maddox handled for me on May 1, so I want to be clear about that. Not due to any previous Fuse issues, but purely the machine-based software.
