This was an amazing experience, not only did my ticket get generated super fast, the response was even faster, and my printing issues were taken care of in less than 5 minutes, I was also very happy that the printer was tested before the call was complete.

My computer had a hardware failure issue, and it is out of warranty. Ted helped me attempt to revive it, diagnosed the issue, and even looked up the warranty situation so though the news was bad, the service and technical knowledge provided was excellent.

Don't know if Microsoft was actually updated to the current version or not. Patches seem to be in place and it runs fine so ok for now.
