Problem happened again when replying. Hit reply and 4 emails showed up in draft with one with asian characters but no name in the mail to address. I forwarded the email without a problem so not sure what is going on but might be that George's email go to his Assistant to tracks them as well. I appreciated Collin taking a look and the assurance that they were not spam/cyber type emails and might be something like unicode issue instead. I leave this to you all to research and at some point come up with a fix. Thanks, Bob

Not giving this a perfect score since I had the same problem crop up today with George Gays email reply. Simply going to forward to George in the future but I wonder if others have a similar problem. I like the way Collin handled things and his manner but something is miss firing between FAFN outlook and mine. Sounds like a challenge on your end. Thanks again for your help. Bob
