Placed initial call on 3-8-23 with Brandon @ 1:00 and he said he would call back in 15 minutes. Didn't receive a call back so I called Integris today. Tyler answered the phone and worked on the printing issue. A test print was done, seemed like the issue was resolved but when I tried to print, same problem. Called right back and got Brandon, he worked on the issue and was able to resolve but somewhere along the line the font on the computer got changed to a light, broken line font. With some time and effort he was able to fix the font back to its original font. Both gentlemen were pleasant to work with.
