Dennis was great! Responded to my request right away and was very friendly/helpful throughout the process. The issue was I couldn't get access to our marketing email which he was able to resolve by plugging into my Mac remotely. Oddly, when we re-added the email to my Mac Outlook, the title name on the email showed as one of our employees names and not "Marketing" as the title. When we did a test email, the title showed as "Marketing" which is great but my only complaint would be that on my Mac Outlook the title still shows as "Adam Stein". Not sure why this happened but at least the email is working now!
