Jennfier was terrific she communciated to me quickly and let me know that a Technician would call me. I was pressed for time and could only do a certain time frame. Edward was awesome! He called me explained he was running just a little late trying to help a previous client. He got on my computer set up everything. Eventhough I was actually very busy I could see what he was doing!!. He was fantastic and very fast. He clearly communicated what I needed to do from my end and he answered my questions. I was a little anxious because I was going to have to be working from home later today. He helped me to stay calm. He finished the process and communicated with me when he was done. Mostly he let me know if I had any questions or concerns or problems to just call. So happily I am all set up. Thank you have an awesome, efficient, pleasant staff!!!
