We were working through a Barracuda problem. When we accessed the Barracuda site, the website was different than either of us had seen in the past. He figured it out in a very few seconds and walked me through the options. I would have eventually figured it out on my own but he saved me some time which is much appreciated.

Aaron is the most amazing representative of your company. He is patient and kind as well as extremely knowledgeable. He consulted Filip to assist in resolving. However, he was the one who helped me until my issue was resolved. I enjoyed working with him, and I am so happy that he answered my call. All of the reps with Fuse3 are very personable and professional. Aaron being the huge standout of the crew. Thanks Aaron and whenever I have a problem you are my go to!
