Maddox was fantastic! He solved the problem in less than 2 minutes (actually less than 2 minutes - no exaggeration) and he explained precisely what the issue was and what he did to resolve it. He provided exceptional service in a very pleasant professional manner and gave a simple easy to understand explanation of the issue and resolution in an easily accessible way.
