Darrel helped to fix my VPN which wasn't working...

Darrel helped to fix my VPN which wasn't working yesterday. Also today, he was able to take away what i like to call the "VPN blues," which is tweaking the VPN setting so it does not zap all the bandwidth so I can work on the VPN (SAP) while my emails continue to download in my Outlook while still on it, and I can also use my web browsers on my computer at the same time to do my job more efficiently as well.
