Kris is a very kind and genuinely wants to help. Unfortunately, the solutions that he has implemented do not work. I have already spent more time on this VPN issue than I ever spent on any issue with our old IT company. As the owner of the four Dogwood-related companies (that Integris serves), it is very costly to our companies when I don't have access to our shared files and cannot be productive. This should not take the number of attempts that it has taken, and it certainly shouldn't waste so much of my time.
