It did take quite a bit of time to get Stephanie completely logged in to the computer and email. I don't have the detail from a reason perspective, but it did take longer than what I would normally expect that morning. We also had an issue on our end with internet connection that Ozzy helped fix that I am sure was a contributing factor. It may be something we could check or test in the future?? Overall everyone was polite and helpful, and I'm sure this process will continue to be refined and get smoother with each new TM. Thanks!
