Autumn was proficient, efficient and personable! She solved my issues quickly and was able to do so before an imminent conference call, so that I could continue with my day. Her personality was an added bonus; she was friendly and didn't make me feel foolish for having inadvertently downloaded a virus.

Brian had called me regarding the ticket but I was away from my desk and wasn’t able to answer the call. When I called him back he had stepped away from his desk, and Steven stepped in to take care of my issue. I wasn’t sure how to rate Brian but he was prompt in his reply so I am happy with his service. Steven did great work working to resolve the issue

At first I had to show her what the problem was and we tries a few simple solutions. Unfortunately, the solution was going to take more than a simple fix. We had to re-index my outlook folders which are >10GB of information and we weren't sure how long it was going to take, so we set it up over the weekend. Problem solved - thanks!

Brian was amazing. Great customer service. Worked with two staff to install the be anywhere app. Tested everything possible. Will call Comcast to figure out why the sound is off even though the computers aren't having any issues and Skype works. Great customer service. Flexible with everyone's work schedule. Great job.
