I realize that you guys deal with a lot of computer illiterate people but when I tell you that my ports aren't working...why three days to correct the problem? Michael made up for the balance of the team but I am sure they were simply doing what they have been instructed to do. Ideally all they needed to do was to contact Microsoft and find out the problem post Windows 11 service.
