Graeme was sooooo prompt and helpful! Graeme was able to fix my tech problems by working tirelessly to check all loose ends, he was extremely patient and answered all questions with layman's' terms so I could understand and follow along. Graeme was very courteous and pleasant - all great customer service skills! I wish I had my own contact info for Mr. Graeme- my secret friend when my computer becomes my worst enemy!!!! I request a bonus or a raise for Graeme- he should teach customer service skills to all-not to mention how he was able to zip around my computer brains and fix my issues!
