CBT was founded in 2003 by Christopher Carmichael and his wife & partner Sarah Carmichael. Initially CBT provided consulting services for the resort town of Mammoth Lakes, CA. and the surrounding area. Over the first 5 years of business CBT grew to provide onsite support throughout California and remote support in the United States, Canada and Mexico. CBT serves all vertical markets in need of professional and courteous information technology specialists. CBT serves all manner of businesses and government entities as well as home users. Our clients range from students and home users up to police stations, municipalities and school districts. I actually don't ever rate the highest because that would be perfect and no one is that....but he was better than pretty good, and the situation didn't demand exceptional. I am very happy with CBT, the people have always been friendly and upbeat on the phone and in person and that counts a lot with me. I feel confident they can help with anything I might need. Thank you.
