Wil is great. He has made every effort to research and try to solve my issue. Other Integris employees have said they would follow up and then never did. Will said he would and he has, a couple times. I struggled not rating the experience a 10 because he has done the research and is prepared to follow through to fix my problem. Perhaps it's not fixable; in that case, Will deserves a 10 for his persistence and follow through.
