Adrian was friendly, professional and prompt with his service. Call waiting time was a little longer than expected but Adrian explained that at month end/beginning of month there are usually quite a few password resets that need to happen so phone line is a little busier than normal.

Service was great once I was able to talk to someone. I had called prior to 8 am and on hold for awhile, kept saying I was 1 in line. Had to hang up and called back a few minutes and was still 1 caller in line, then I became 2 caller in line. on same wait. How does that happen? Any way service was great a s usual.

Took a bit to get service started. Not at fault of Joels but appears issue with system communication. Once the rush was relayed to Joel he jumped on the job and resolved it quick and efficiently. Enjoy working with Joel on projects.
