I only spoke with Chris briefly for him to tell me that Dylan would get in touch with me. Dylan was awesome-I had a list and we went through it and he addressed and resolved all issues. At one point he said something would take about 20 minutes on his end, so we hung up and he called me back when it was done. Thanks Dylan!!
