By Far, way above and beyond Ben Cecka is the absolute best. He took on my computer/software/systems issues as if they were his own. Even when other departments had my machine he would get status updates from them and inform me of what was happening. When an issue was discovered on our companies server for printers Ben did not simply reroute my default printer but had the issue resolved for all users. I honestly cannot express enough how thankful I am for all Ben's help. If I may add Jordan Kettlewell was a wealth of knowledge getting Adobe functional. Jordan was kind a patient in setting this up even after (we) undid his work twice.

Once I got this escalated, all was fine. But in the initial conversation; he refused to listen to the actual problem and kept telling me what "I" needed to do. He did not take ownership of the problem.
