Working with Brice is always a great experience. He's personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Above all that, he does a great job in helping to transfer that knowledge instead of simply checking the boxes to complete the ticket. I always feel like I come away having learned something. This ticket is a great example of that specifically, as I've always struggled to make heads or tails of the data retention and archive policies, particularly so with how much the admin experience has changed over the past 5 years.

Although I'm still very confused on the technical details of this incident (how does a disk un-mount itself, yet continue to have files uploaded?), I'm very happy with how it was handled. The response was prompt and the fix was quick. I couldn't ask for more when it comes to dealing with this sort of thing!
