Overall we had some confusion on why Mr. Barry's Bluebeam access was having such issues. We're now more aware of the need for cooperation with Bluebeam personnel, particularly with license transfers between old and new devices. However, I would like to highlight that Unique Washington has been MORE THAN efficient, helpful, considerate, and patient on ALL tickets. The overall rating should not impact Mr. Washington's efficiency result whatsoever.

The person answering phone said they couldn’t...

The person answering phone said they couldn’t reset EPD-Farm password. Said it was an e power doc issue. Not true. Had the old company s computer support fix the issue within 2 minutes. TSG called back hours later after your competition had immediately addressed the issue. TSG might want to step up their game.

Alex was by far the best person I have worked with. He was so fast too. I have this problem all the time and in the past I've been on the phone with a tech for upwards of an hour and a half with the situation still unresolved and "must research further in house". I knew it had to be simple and Alex proved it. It seems that he was also familiar with MacBook too which may have contributed to how efficient he was. He also offered for me to call back if anything else popped up that afternoon. I really appreciated that. On an entirely different note, I really do not like the new system you have in place. The "triage" then wait for days until connecting with someone. Please consider going back to getting someone right away because this triage method is not helpful. Clients have to have problems resolved asap or they cannot work!!!
