I always have weird stuff with my computer and the set up of things. Quinn is ALWAYS patient, helpful, and professional. He takes his time to get things done right. This time he had to set up my new computer with programs that the ordinary person doesn't use. One of the programs is always glitchy so trying to get it to work correctly is always a challenge. He worked through it and got it done and I am grateful.

Vince was patient, kind and professional in working with my crazy glitchy computer. I have a laptop that is limping along and Vince was so patient in getting my files up and running again. He was also helpful in helping me know what to look for in purchasing a new computer.
