Quin is a champ - although the issue took a little longer to resolve than both of us would have liked, he did an excellent job and did everything he could to prioritize my issue and provide a resolution. Quin provided top tier service, 11/10! I didn't speak with Ulisez, but can trust that a 10/10 is deserved as well!
