My DPC Tech. Darion did a great job helping me resolve an issue. Darion took ownership of the problem. He spent the time with me understanding the issue then did all the necessary work in the background freeing me up to get back to my work. All I had to do was respond to the email the next day stating the issue was fixed and resolved. Thank you DPC!
