VersaTrust has been serving the Texas area since 1997, providing IT Support such as technical helpdesk support, computer support and consulting to small and medium-sized businesses. The problem was fixed today and the amount of time VersaTrust took wasn't bad, but this a reoccurring problem. Almost once a week or at least every two weeks, this same computer will just lock out the staff. There doesn't seem to be a pattern to it and sometimes it will kick out the staff member already logged in and then refuse to allow us to sign in until VersaTrust fixes it.

I opened Ticket 445480 on Wednesday 02/24, and though I did let them know it was not a high priority ticket, I was not reached back out to until Monday 03/01. Joseph was able to install the program and convert the file I needed almost immediately and closed out the ticket. I am appreciative of the fact Joseph was able to fix the issue quickly once he reached out, but I am not super satisfied with the fact that it took almost a week to fix.
